Pre Holiday Therapy Estate Sale!

HELLO EVERYONE! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to close out our sale year by hosting this very unexpected sale! We are helping a client who reached out to us in a pinch 3 days ago.  She needs an entire home liquidation so she can move out of state by Thanksgiving!  So, we accepted this challenge and are working quickly to bring you this great sale! Due to limited time to advertise please share our posts with everyone you know! Also please revisit this ad frequently to view any adjustments we may make during the next few days and photos we add while we set up.  Review our sale/Company policies so you understand how we run our sales ☺️ Now for the good stuff!!!!

Location and Parking

This sale is located in Jenison, MI 49418 and the address will be posted Thursday morning at 9am for you here, EstateSales.net, and our Facebook page. Signs will be posted the night before the sale opens to help with finding the location. Please be mindful of where you park. Do not park in front of driveways, mailboxes or in driveways. Allow for easy traffic pass through on the street.

Purchases, Item Removal, and Safety

​We accept cash and credit cards only NO CHECKS.  If you wish to place a bid on an item, please ask and we will be happy to provide you with a bid card.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please be sure to test all items before you purchase them.  Customers are responsible for providing his/her own helpers to move and carry any heavy items purchased from the sale. 

​The homeowner as well as Dream Team Services, LLC are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the sale. Please keep small children with you at ALL TIMES as we have fragile items at this sale.

​Early Arrival

We will have a sign up sheet located outside the front door an hour before the sale opens. Please be sure your name is on the sheet and stay within sight of the sale. If you have multiples in your group please have all members names listed individually on the sign up sheet.  Doors will open promptly at 9:00 am and names will be called off in order off the sign up sheet. WE DO NOT USE #'s, only the sign up sheet!
